Next Top Meta-Model at the Metaverse Fashion Week in Decentraland
I run this campaign as an experiment to learn more about how things click together across the different metaverse platforms. From concept to design it’s a long way, specially when adjusting to the limitations of each platform. Below, my concept art for this weekend’s runway.
The best way to learn is to do, so I can finally show one of the projects I have been busy doing: together with some folks from the Decentralab we have created a fresh event for #MetaVerseFashionWeek at Decentraland … the Next Top Meta Model runway competition! Happening this weekend, with live DJ, #wearables, #metaverse models, #NFT goodies and #cryptocurrency #MANA. (That’s me on the photo below). I have been responsible for the concept, art direction and architecture of the event, while the other team members have provided the outreach, the asset building, wearables and deployment across Decentraland plots. This weekend we have the final event and award the winners with cool wearables as prizes. See you there this Sunday! (and through the next few days/nights, whatever your timezone is!)
